Job Description:

  • Represent Airbus products and services in the scope of the job (digital tools such as Maintenance Systems) ensuring along with the customer their proper operation.
  • Act as a daily link with the customer to capture their main concerns and needs towards strategic evolution and features of the future digital services and tools, helping orient them to the customer effectively and efficiently.
  • React to crisis as presented by the customer or initiated by Airbus after the detection of an issue, ensuring reactivity and proper communication, and protecting/maximising safety, security, availability and airworthiness dimensions at all times until the crisis resolution.
  • Help supportively and proactively the customer in scopes around the scope of the job (digital tools such as Maintenance Systems) presenting an Airbus end-to-end professional response in front of the customer, involving the corresponding organisations within the company to produce the best service level for each situation.
  • More specifically, MDS is the digital maintenance tool currently used for A400M. These would be the MDS related specific activities:
    • MDS Users support
    • ISS (In Service Support) Queries support and follow up: Create queries, follow up meetings, ensure solution implemented is correctly in live environment
    • Improvements proposals gathering
    • MDS Procedures creation and update
    • Provide On the Job Training
