Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily repositioning and taxi operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Improve client satisfaction by providing top-notch service and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the company’s tractor fleet, ensuring optimal performance.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost operational efficiency and service quality.
- Schedule, manage, interview, train, and hire a team of technicians for a 24/7 operation.
