What Youll Do:- Assemble subassemblies using small hand and power tools.
- Build and finalize ground control equipment.
- Test and troubleshoot subassemblies and final products.
- Collaborate with Production Technicians and Engineers to enhance assembly processes.
- Improve efficiency, product quality, and reduce manufacturing costs with manufacturing engineers.
- Ensure work order protocols are followed and paperwork is completed accurately.
- Train other technicians on product assembly and established processes.
- Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adapt to new assignments and follow established procedures.
What You Bring:- Experience: 2+ years in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly (1 year for strong candidates).
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Skills: Proficiency with hand tools (crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, power tools, air tools), and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer operation skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00
