PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Technician to support aerospace manufacturing and assembly operations.

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034
Job Type: Full-time Consultant (12 Months)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Second Shift
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Work with manual and power tools such as calipers, torque drivers, wrenches, and soldering irons.
Read and interpret technical data, assembly instructions, and engineering prints.
Communicate work status to team members, engineers, and support staff.
Use computer systems for work instructions, labor tracking, and standards compliance.
Process material requisitions and generate Non-Conforming Material (NCM) reject tags in SAP.
Assist in corrective action responses and contribute to process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including assembly data and labor charges.
Ensure a safe work environment by following proper procedures and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software applications.
Ability to write in a clear and concise technical manner.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Exposure to products of various weights and sizes, moving equipment, and chemical fumes.
Must be able to distinguish colors and meet vision requirements.
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and turning to handle equipment and materials.
Extended periods of hand use for grasping, manipulating, and assembling components.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
Occasional weekend and holiday support may be required to meet customer needs.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
