Job Title: F-16 Depot Mechanic

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled F-16 Depot Mechanic to join our team. The mechanic will be responsible for performing and assisting with various tasks including launch, recovery, preflight/thru flight/Basic post-flight inspections, ground handling, maintenance, engine runs, operational checkouts, and servicing. This position requires routine troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance of all electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems and components on the aircraft.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preflight, thru-flight, and Basic Post Flight inspections
• Assist with launch and recovery operations
• Conduct ground handling and maintenance
• Perform engine runs and operational checkouts
• Service aircraft as needed
• Perform routine troubleshooting, installation, and repair of electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems and components
• Ensure the acceptableness of all electrical, hydraulic-pneumatic, propulsion, landing gear, flight control surfaces, periodic inspections, general airframe condition, aircraft furnishings, and crew escape system
• Remove panels and associated hardware to obtain access to equipment requiring repair

• Minimum of 4 years of F-16 or other legacy fighter heavy maintenance experience
• Extensive experience with F-16 or similar fighter aircraft maintenance (Crew Chiefs, Plane Captains, etc.)
• Military fighter aircraft experience (F-16 experience is a must)
• Must have 4 to 6 years of experience in flight line maintenance
• Experience in aircraft launch and recovery (2 to 4 years)
• Experience in aircraft towing (2 to 4 years)
• Fighter experience with F-16, F-18, F-22, or F-35 (4 to 6 years)
• Ability to work first or second shift
• No tools required
• Must have a valid Drivers License and be able to provide proof of US Citizenship for this position
