Job Title: Facilities Maintenance ElectricianJob Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Electrician with extensive experience in the industrial field, specifically working with 480V and 220V machinery. This role requires over 10 years of experience and associated certification. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fieldwork and strong experience in electrical systems used in industrial facilities.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for facility utilities, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution systems operating at 480V/220V.
- Support the relocation, upgrading, and commissioning of equipment and electrical systems as part of the factory transformation project.
- Conduct inspections to ensure system reliability, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
- Respond to on-site issues quickly and provide hands-on technical solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and facility managers to implement changes effectively.
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all work performed.
Essential Skills- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with 480V/220V systems.
- Experience with facility utilities, including power distribution, HVAC, and lighting systems.
- Proven ability to work on industrial transformation projects or in similar environments.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills and adaptability to dynamic tasks.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Associated certification working with 480V/220V machinery in industrial facilities.
- Experience in electrical troubleshooting, removal, and installation of industrial equipment.

Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
