Description:Install, repair, maintain and fabricate manufacturing equipment and perform other general maintenance and service functions. Duties include, but are not limited to mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance, welding, pipefitting, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry work, painting and grounds keeping. Perform periodic inspections and tests and report findings. Receives general instructions from supervisor and notice of service required from supervisor and other plant personnel. Works from blueprints, sketches and oral instructions and specifications. Uses all hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for completion of assignments. Act as a POC or escort for external contractors and support rearrangement projects (conference room upgrades, etc.).

May be required to troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and reports them to supervisor. May interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary. Also the cleaning, inspecting, lubricating and filtration of equipment and any other support function necessary to keep Bothell Facilities’ equipment and grounds functioning at an optimal level. Support of all General Maintenance and overall general facilities support.

Candidate must be available to respond to off hour calls and emergencies.

Candidate may be required to lift/carry 50 pounds or more, perform repetitive movements, and perform work from ground level to overhead. This position requires frequent standing for long periods, walking, stooping, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and twisting
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in an industrial or commercial setting.

Experience with operating, maintaining and troubleshooting building infrastructure and facilities equipment.

Has the knowledge to perform routine repairs and all maintenance of plant and/ office facilities equipment.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
Journeymans Card or Trade School Certification

The basic knowledge in reading blueprints.

Able to plan, prioritize and execute all work independently and as part of the Bothell Maintenance Team.

The candidate should also have a basic understanding and experience with Condition Based Maintenance and Reliability Centered Maintenance Techniques, Tools and application.

Ability to operate a variety of lifts (fork lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.).

Experience with CMMS

10 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in an industrial or commercial setting.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $51,800 - $99,300 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
