Arconic is currently in search of Facilities Maintenance Industrial Washdown Crew Member to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Primary Responsibilities
- Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment during PMs and outages
- Using wash rigs and other hand tools
- Applicants must be comfortable working at elevated heights and in confined space
- Basic repair, adjustment and maintenance of plant facilities, buildings, grounds and associated equipment / devices, to include:
- Minor plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Perform other tasks as requested by departments.
- Assist with floor repairs.
- Assist with building improvement projects.
- Basic Carpentry tasks, to include:
- Build skids, boxes, trays, steps, shelves
- Hang boards, signs, and install cabinets
- Fabricating windows for mobile equipment
- Operate multiple types of mobile equipment to facilitate plant housekeeping duties and the processing of facility waste
Schedule: This position is primarily day shift (Monday-Friday) with the possibility of some weekend and night work.
Internal Candidates: This position has the potential after completing required training and demonstrating competency to promote into a craft grade 6.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 4 months of combined maintenance and repair experience performing related tasks such as: carpentry, roofing, flooring, masonry, roadways, overhead doors
- Vocational Training in a related field
- Associates Degree in a Technical Discipline
