QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of two (2) years of previous mechanical maintenance experience. (Preferred: Previous aircraft technicians and those with landing gear experience will be considered first)
• High school diploma or an equivalent
• Proficient in the English language; writing, reading and speaking
• This position is safety sensitive and adheres to DOT drug and alcohol regulations
• Must Successfully complete a comprehensive background check

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build landing gear assemblies using precision tools
• Research, understand and adhere to technical data relevant to assigned task
• Ensure complete and proper documentation of work performed
• Abide by all quality and safety procedures at all times
• Communicate and work with other departments
• Prepare completed assemblies for crating and shipping
• Maintain an organized work space
• Ensure that all maintenance performed is in an airworthy condition
• Coordinate with Management and Inspectors to ensure compliance with FAA and internal quality standards
• Must successfully pass an annual FIT respirator test
• May occasionally be required to work overtime including evenings or weekends as necessary to meet deadlines
