Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Gyro, Altimeter, or Flight Director Instrument Repair Technician to join our team. This role involves the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of avionics instruments, including gyros, altimeters, and flight director systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting both mechanical and electronic and repairing various aviation
    instruments, focusing on gyros, altimeters, and flight directors.
  • Perform inspections and functional tests on instruments to ensure compliance with
    manufacturer specifications.
  • Work with engineers and other technicians to address issues and ensure safe operation
    of instruments.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
    Stay current with industry standards and best practices related to avionics repair.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in repairing gyros, altimeters, or flight director systems in aviation.
  • Certification or training in avionics or aircraft instrument repair (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of avionics systems, electrical circuits, and troubleshooting
    techniques.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
