Helicopter A&P / MRO Specialist

Centerpointe Aerospace is searching for a highly motivated, self-starting, A&P Mechanic to join our team for work in our 135 operations and/or 145-repair station. This job has growth potential for the motivated applicant displaying exceptional technical capacity and a willingness to grow professionally. We conduct both 133 and 135
operations and we are looking to grow our 145-repair station providing maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft components.

• Current A&P license and IA certification required 
• Must have a minimum of 3 years helicopter experience as an A&P, 2 years in a Part 145 Repair Station and/or 5 years as an A&P Mechanic required.  SK58T or SK61 experience preferred.
• Must have working experience in aircraft maintenance and inspection procedures as well as knowledge and experience in regard to weight & balance, major repairs and alterations, FAA Form 337 usage and the field approval process
• Must be able to interpret and read schematics or technical drawings 
• Experience with maintenance tracking computer programs required
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen 
• Relevant communication and coordination experience with the FAA preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license, CDL preferred
• Component overhaul experience preferred
• NDI Level 3 preferred
• Avionics experience desired
