Job Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities:
*Inspect components for damage and research proper repair techniques
*Coordinate with Engineering for documentation of repairs that exceed SRM data
*Use and interpret manufacturer& 39;s maintenance manuals and blueprints
*Verify repairs are being performed to proper, approved data
*Utilize precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, etc.)
*Inspect all work accomplished on articles maintained/repaired at DAS to assure they meet all approved data requirements.
*Assure proper inspection records, reports, and forms have been properly executed from receiving inspection, through in process and prior to return to service.
*Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Quality.Minimum Qualifications:
*3-5 years aircraft/component maintenance.
*Airframe/A&P license preferred.
*Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Education:
*Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
*High School graduate or equivalent. Physical Requirements:
*Must be able to stand for extended periods.
*Moderate distance walking required.
