You will report directly to our Field Service Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support for conveyor systems.
Must be open to both shifts below:
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 6:30pm
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support for conveyor systems.
- Oversee field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Assign and schedule field service technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements
- Provide technical expertise and support for complex technical issues, both remotely and on-site
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
- Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
YOU MUST HAVE- High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
- Three years experience supervising industrial maintenance teams.
