- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Aircraft Materials and Logistics or a related field in the industry
- Possess familiarity with industry standards, General Maintenance Manuals, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), and Air Transport Association (ATA) coding
- Some on call duties as required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in Part 135 and 145 operations
- FAA airframe and powerplant (A&P) license
- Project Management Experience
KNOWLEDGE:
- Demonstrated experience with high-level, critical, analytic and strategic thinking
- Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Possess excellent observation skills
- Possess excellent analytical and math skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Strong computer skills – MS Office and lotus notes preferred
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Standing/walking for short distances: up to two hours on hard surfaces.
- Sitting: up to six hours.
- Lifting/Carrying: occasionally, up to 20 pounds for up to 200 feet; rarely, up to 50 pounds for up to 20 feet.
