Lead Aircraft Component Mechanic

**THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN PHOENIX, AZ**

Description:

• Component Team Leads will complete overhaul and repair of thrust reversers, actuators, flight controls, landing gear, and other electromechanical components in an MRO shop
• Manage a team of 10-12 to complete repair tasks
• Components will support primarily Boeing and Airbus aircraft for around 25 different customers
• Work in a 100 air-conditioned facility

Requirements:

• FAA A&P License
• 3+ years of MRO/Part 145 experience
• Tools are NOT required

Pay:

• $35/hr - $45/hr

Work Schedule:

• 1^st Shift (7am-4pm), Mon-Fri

Placement:

• 6-month Contract to Hire
  • Benefits are 100 paid by the company once you go direct
  • PTO is accrued based on your start date
