As a Field Service Automation Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and expertise to our customers in the field service automation industry. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automation systems, ensuring the successful operation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your technical skills and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and youll work out of our designated service areas on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and reliability of our customers automation systems by providing exceptional technical support and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automation systems at customer sites
  • Provide technical support and expertise for our field service automation solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service automation or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in automation
  • Systems Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Associates degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience with specific automation systems (EBI R600, ComfortPoint, Niagara4)
