NetJets provides an extremely competitive employment offering for this role:
A 4 on/4 off schedule of 4/12 hour shifts with 4 consecutive days off
Hourly incentives - shift differentials of up to $2.00/hour depending on shift, and up to $2.50/hour for A&P licenses
10 Paid Holidays with opportunity to earn 2.5 times/hour if working on the actual holiday
New HIre and annual recurrent training provided on specific aircraft fleet types, pilot ground systems, as well as Flight Safety training
