Produce highquality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspectproduct to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. Youwill be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficientoperation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product inyour area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site toaddress safety, production, and quality improvements.
Utilize yourlogistics expertise and be part of handling a variety of logistics issues in amanufacturing environment. You will assist in the daily store operations toensure critical parts availability, material handling and so on . You willfollow standard work and operating procedures to ensure those duties arefulfilled and goals are met.
Position Responsibilities:
• Worksafely and promote safety on site and in the Maintenance Department
• ExecuteMaintenance and Preventative Maintenance (PM) Work Orders per weeklymaintenance schedule
• Respondto urgent and emergency Work Orders as directed by Maintenance Team Leader
• Troubleshootequipment failures and out-of-spec equipment operation
• Participatein Maintenance after-hours on-call rotation
• Completetime sheet entries including hours worked, job detail, and parts required
• Maintaincritical spare parts inventory by adhering to Kanban replacement policies
• Adhereto Maintenance Department and site-level standard work
• Assistoutside contractors as needed, both with physical labor and communicateHoneywell safety standards
• Assistthe Engineering staff on a variety of engineering projects
• CompleteSequential Safety Process (SSP) activities as directed by the Maintenance TeamLeader
• Participatein recurring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) trainings
• Participatein compliance-driven Process Hazard Analyses
• Participatein Kaizen-driven activities
• Attendspecial training seminars as requested. Deliver training and safetymeeting topics to other employees as requested.
• Learn,observe, and follow all departmental safety and housekeeping rules,regulations, and good practices
• Promote,participate in, and support Six Sigma and Honeywell Accelerator System (HAS)cultures
• Reportall hazards and unsafe work conditions or practices for corrective action
• Maintainsafe housekeeping
• Ensurethat all waste generated in respective areas is managed according toregulation

You Must Have:
• HighSchool Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years as amaintenance worker or chemical plant employee
