HQ Aero is currently recruiting for MAINTENANCE MECHANICS in PINELLAS PARK, FL

Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be required to:

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment.
• Perform basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing, plastic or sheet metal fabrication, or associated work on plant facilities using hand and power tools.
• Troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and report them to supervisor.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary.
• Possess troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC. 
• Perform other duties as assigned and assures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.

• Mathematical ability to perform and/or understand the calculations used in assigned areas and ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical data. 
• Competently uses computers and other systems to access, maintain, manipulate data. 
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels, to work in teams or independently and communicate effectively with co-workers or supervisory staff.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.
