Education & Experience:
- Associate degree in aviation maintenance or engineering or equivalent.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
- Two to four years supervisory experience in a union environment in FAR Part 121 Air Carrier operations.

Supervises mechanics and related employees.
Work Environment, Physical Demands & Travel:
- Maintenance offices, hangar/ramp, aircraft; may occasionally be exposed to exhaust from various engines and high noise levels.
- Majority of time spent at low activity level, i.e., sitting.
- Occasional standing/walking/movement.
- May be called in on irregular operations; must be available 24/7 including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Occasional travel.
