Role Summary:
Raytheon Technologies is seeking a motivated and academically accomplished intern to join our equipment team at the MTSD located in Jeddah. This internship presents a unique opportunity for students to apply their knowledge of Mechanical in a practical setting, working alongside our dedicated function partners and leadership team. The selected intern will play a pivotal role in providing Mechanical services, assisting in the development of innovative electronic solutions tailored to the diverse needs of our various functions, and analyzing existing processes to identify and implement opportunities for service efficiency improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
Designed for those with a keen interest in Mechanical, the internship encourages:
- participants to take initiative and engage in self-directed learning within a supportive team setting.
- Responsibilities extend across a broad spectrum of activities, including the assembly, evaluation, testing, and maintenance of diverse electronic equipment. Interns will also tackle troubleshooting and repairs, utilizing their problem-solving skills to analyze and rectify malfunctions in Mechanical Equipment.
- A critical aspect of the role involves reading and interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, construct and troubleshoot Mechanical systems accurately.
- Ensuring adherence to local building regulations and standards is essential, guaranteeing all operations comply with safety and quality guidelines.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background: Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate Mechanical Engineering. degree at a university. A strong academic foundation in electrical engineering principles and practices is required
- Academic Performance: The candidate should have a strong academic record, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale, or 4.0 or higher on a 5.0 scale. This reflects the candidates commitment to excellence and capability to uphold high academic standards..
- University Letter: Applicants are required to provide an official letter from their university along with their CV. This letter should endorse the students application and confirm their current enrollment status and academic standing.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent collaboration skills are essential. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work effectively across diverse organizations and teams, showcasing strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and oral) is mandatory.
