Job Title: Aircraft MechanicJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic with an A&P license and strong experience in Pratt and Whitney PT6 engines. The ideal candidate will have experience working with King Air, TBM, and Pilatus aircraft. This position involves performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of various aircraft models.
- Perform maintenance and repair on aircraft, including turbo prop and sheet metal work.
- Conduct aircraft inspections and troubleshoot issues.
- Repair and install aircraft components such as electrical circuits, fuel pumps, and generators.
- Perform starter generator and fuel boost pump repairs.
- Carry out NDT inspections at Level II and other inspection tasks as required.
- Support major service centers and handle heavy structural repairs and modifications.
- Upgrade avionics and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Essential Skills- A&P license
- Strong experience with Pratt and Whitney PT6 engines
- Proficiency in aircraft sheet metal work and repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair aircraft issues
- Experience with electrical repair, fuel pump maintenance, and generator repairs
- Knowledge of King Air, Pilatus, and TBM aircraft
- Level II NDT inspection capabilities
- Powerplant mechanic experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with other aircraft models such as Piaggio P180, Beech King Air B100, MU300/Beechjet, Cessna Conquest, Cessna Citation, Cessna Caravan, Twin Commander, and Learjet
- Capability to handle major inspections and heavy structural repairs
- Avionics upgrade experience
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
