Pay: 16.00 PAYE / 21.17 Umbrella
Schedule: Full-time
Role Overview:
As a Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting hangar operations and maintenance activities. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating logistics, managing tools and equipment, and ensuring efficient aircraft maintenance support while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver aircraft materials & supporting items between the hub and hangar (Driving License Essential, Forklift License Desirable)
Manage and quality check the input, control, and return of aircraft materials
Ensure proper positioning of maintenance equipment & accessories
Coordinate consumable and expendable materials within the maintenance area
Support maintenance leadership in ensuring high hangar standards
Requirements:
Essential:
Valid UK Driving License
Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
Ability to manage day-to-day tasks & short-term actions
High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive mindset
Strong teamwork & customer focus
Desirable:
Forklift License
