Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Post Holder Director of Maintenance in Aviation at ATS Technic in Dubai. As the Director of Maintenance, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing maintenance staff, and coordinating with other departments. You will be accountable for maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in all maintenance activities.
Job Requirements:
- EASA Part 145 approval and knowledge of EASA regulations
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in aircraft maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field
- Previous experience as a Post Holder Director of Maintenance is preferred
