Job Description:
In your role, you will
• Adhere to General Work Requirements
• Perform hidden damage inspection
• Ensure all paperwork is complete and complies with engineering specifications, manufacturers
maintenance manual, and Repair Station/Quality Control Manual prior to end-of-shift
• Perform service inspections of aircraft or components in accordance with applicable parts of chapter 14
CFR (FARs) and the manufacturer’s maintenance manual
• Assist other inspectors in the performance of their duties within area(s) of qualification
• Perform the Preliminary Inspection upon arrival of an aircraft at the facility prior to the commencement of
maintenance or inspection.
• Inspect aircraft maintenance, repairs and alterations performed by Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to
ensure the corrective action was completed
• Inspect all flight control systems maintenance
• Inspect fuel panels, final floorboard installation, final nose cowl closing, final aft fuselage closing, and final
circuit breaker panel installation and provide “OK to Install”
• Inspect engine installation and provide “Installation OK”
• Train, coach and mentor employees in the performance of duties in area(s) of qualification
• Provide data to customers as requested
• Adhere to General Work Requirements as required in coordination with Quality leadership
• Perform conformity inspections of engineering documents to most current design per assigned aircraft.
• Weigh aircraft using the pre-weight checklist
• Initiate RED’s and RFE’s as required
• Research aircraft drawings and technical data
• Update Maintenance Manuals with revisions as required

As our ideal candidate
• You typically have 5 years aircraft maintenance experience
• You have 2 to 3 years inspection experience - preferred
• You typically have 1 year aircraft maintenance experience with Client aircraft - preferred
• You have the ability to read and interpret engineering documents and maintenance manuals
• You have an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license or appropriately rated Repairman Certificate.
• You have basic knowledge of SAP
• You have working knowledge of business aircraft inspection programs, for example, final close out
procedures, engine installations, and in-process inspections
• You have working knowledge of business aircraft maintenance, preventative maintenance, rebuilding, and
alteration as related to inspection buy-off
• You have working knowledge of Repair Station/Quality Control Manual
