JOB TITLE: Quality Inspector - Hybrid
LOCATION: Irvine, CA

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?
Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?
Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Perform in-process and final assembly inspections in line with QMS requirements.
Record and report inspection results and data.
Follow and document complex processes.
Communicate product acceptance criteria and inspection findings to engineering, management, and production teams.
Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in Oracle ERP.
Comply with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
A&P License required.
Knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace industry standards.
Hands-on experience in manufacturing, especially in aircraft mechanical and pneumatic systems.
Strong understanding of FAA and aviation system requirements.
Proficient in CATIA, 2D/3D drawings, and engineering data interpretation.
Detail-oriented with strong technical writing and math skills.
Experienced with precision measurement tools in aerospace inspections.
Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Specific vision abilities required, including color perception and depth perception.
Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted.
