We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to oversee the return-to-service process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves inspecting aircraft, engines, parts, components, and tools, documenting maintenance actions, and verifying corrective actions. The inspector will also assist with customer support and perform walk-around inspections when necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Approve aircraft for return to service in accordance with applicable regulations.
Inspect aircraft, engines, parts, and components to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Verify corrective actions performed by Aircraft Maintenance Technicians.
Document maintenance actions, ensuring accuracy in work orders, forms, and customer-specific documentation.
Research aircraft drawings and technical data as required.
Assist customers and perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 1 year of corporate/commercial jet experience.
Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and maintenance manuals.
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
