We are seeking a Quality Inspector to oversee the return-to-service process, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves inspecting aircraft, engines, and components, documenting maintenance actions, and verifying corrective measures. The inspector will also coordinate with customers and assist with other tasks as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform return-to-service process and approve aircraft for return in compliance with regulations.
Document aircraft records, inventory, and associated documentation.
Inspect aircraft, parts, components, and tools for regulatory compliance.
Verify and approve corrective actions for maintenance and repairs.
Inspect new, repaired, and rebuilt parts for damage, count, and conformity.
Ensure accurate documentation of work performed and customer-specific forms.
Research technical data and perform walk-around inspections prior to aircraft release.
Assist customers and perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements 3-4 years of aircraft inspection experience, with 1 year in corporate/commercial jets.
5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
Ability to interpret engineering documents and maintenance manuals.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
