Job Title: Quality InspectorJob Description
The Quality Inspector will perform receipt and evaluation inspections of complex components and assemblies using pre-set inspection plans. The Inspector will perform inspection of aircraft parts and certify the parts under FAA/EASA/TCCA Part 21 specifications before shipping them out to customers using SAP software.
Responsibilities
- Conduct material inspections.
- Maintain required documentation to ensure traceability.
- Inspect aircraft parts and certify them under relevant FAA/EASA/TCCA Part 21 specifications.
- Utilize SAP software for documentation and certification processes.
Essential Skills- 1-3 years of maintenance experience and knowledge of aircraft operations, systems, and practices OR 1-3 years of manufacturing experience under FAA FAR Part 21, EASA Part 21G, TCCA Part 21, or aviation distributor.
- Familiarization with aerospace quality control and quality assurance systems.
- Familiarization with AS9100 / AS9110 / AS9120.
- Familiarization with First Article Inspection.
- Experience using tools to make airworthiness determinations such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gages.
- Computer literacy, including SAP software skills.
- Valid passport and drivers license.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with aircraft maintenance and parts inspection.
- Experience as an aircraft mechanic.
- Visual inspection skills.

Work Environment
Located minutes away from the Washington Dulles International Airport and approximately 30 miles from the U.S. Capitol, this site serves as a major parts distribution hub in the Americas. The facility is a 24/7 fulfillment center with an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support desk and Quality Assurance (QA) operations. The 20,000-square-foot warehouse features new technology aimed at increasing productivity. There are four total openings on the first shift: Mon-Fri (6AM-3PM or 7AM-4PM).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ashburn, Virginia.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
