RS Quality Control Inspector - Atlanta, GA

Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector may also perform aircraft maintenance (including inspection),preventive maintenance and alteration and assist customers with technical and operational support relative to the customer’s aircraft. Knowledge of CMM (Component Maintenance Manual)

Qualifications:
• Previous experience, in process and final inspection will need to be familiar with performing First Article
Inspections.
• Composite/layup inspection experience along with in-process and final inspection.
• Aircraft interior
• Blueprint, Drawings, dimensional inspection
• Caliper
• Tape measure
• Radius gage
• Height gage
• Pin gage
• First Article inspection
• Computer experience, most of the daily activities the candidates will be required to use employer ERP
system for inspection, looking for someone who knows their way around a computer.

Experience:
• A&P preferred not required
• Create FAA tag 8130-3
• Soldering inspection not required but a plus.
• Attention to Detail
• Familiar with the applicable regulations in this chapter and with the inspection methods, techniques,
practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to determine the airworthiness of the article on which
maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations are being performed.
• Proficient in using the various types of inspection equipment and visual inspection aids appropriate for the
article being inspected.
• Understand, read, and write English
