Dumont MRO is our FAA Part 145 repair station offering fast maintenance, high quality workmanship, and unparalleled customer service. Volo Direct, the aircraft parts division,
provides customers with the quick service and affordable aircraft parts, backed with exceptional customer support from our team.  Dumont MRO is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Part 145 maintenance division, who will be remotely based in Nashville, TN. This position will be responsible for inspecting,
trouble-shooting, servicing, and maintaining both mechanical and avionics systems and components of aircraft in a safe and professional manner.

Primary Responsibilities
·Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft mechanical and avionics systems
·Perform Log Book/Maintenance Record entries as required by FAR, GMM and internal company policies
·Supervise outside services as received at various locations.
·Work closely with captains to analyze and correct malfunctions
·Adapt to a flexible schedule which does include nights, weekends & holiday’s, revolving around aircraft flight schedules
·Follow all Aviation Department maintenance policies and procedures
·Follow all WWJ policies and procedures for ground operations
·Perform other duties assigned by Director of Maintenance and Chief Inspector
·Meet aircraft for arrivals and departures, including off-hours support to perform post-flight and pre-flight inspections.
·Travel within the Florida area is required.
·Schedule flexibility is required. Workload and schedule is based on and relies on Dumont Aircraft Operation.
·Frequent travel to and other areas may be required.
·Manage a small office location and aircraft parts and stock to support fleet.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
·FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenses
·FAA Airframe and Powerplant I.A.preferred but not required
·Minimum of 5 years A&P experience with avionics/systems troubleshooting
·Approved training on at least one type of aircraft operated
·GIV and Falcon 2000 experience strongly desired
·Prior road trip experience a plus
·Strong commitment to operational safety
·High School graduate or equivalent
·Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and positive attitude
·Organized and possess good time management skills
·Must have ability to interact with a wide variety of clientele
·Ability to think critically and communicate effectively and efficiently
·Ability to work independently
·This is a safety sensitive position which requires pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing
·Must possess a valid U.S. Passport
