Job Title: Repair TechnicianJob Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide aircraft window services to our existing customers and to increase our customer base and sales in the assigned Regional Market. The technician will inspect aircraft windows and evaluate defects for airworthiness, repair scratches, pits, and other damage to aircraft windows, and remove and install replacement windshields and windows.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills- Experience working on aircraft windows.
- A&P License or AMT certificate preferred.
- Ability to use various measuring devices.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 1 year of orbital sanding experience preferred.
- Previous aircraft experience preferred.

Work Environment
The work will be done in either a Textron Service Center or a Duncan Aviation location. The environments can vary from air-conditioned to non-air-conditioned and heated to non-heated plants or hangars. There may be possible exposure to various weather elements. Safety goggles and protective gloves are required. Candidates must have the ability to work independently as self-starters. The first shift runs from 7:00-4:00 or 8:00-5:00, with a typical work week of 40-45 hours, although additional hours may be required based on workload. Candidates may travel up to 25 of the time, with some international travel possible.
