As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Doha-based Qatar Airways Cargo ULD team as a Repair and Quality Compliance Inspector.
In this role, you will responsible for the inspection of the repair of unserviceable ULD and galley equipment and their respective return to serviceable condition. Assess the damage, indicate repair feasibility and ensure compliance with the repair standards established by the OEM and the Civil Aviation Authority.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:
- Inspect ULD and galley equipment repairs to ensure quality and compliance with QR standards, CMM and repair certification.
- Inspect the rating/assessment of which units to repair and maintain to ensure repair feasibility and efficiency.
- Make sure that all equipment delivered to and maintained by the repair station is properly recorded and staged from receipt to delivery in their airworthy/serviceable condition.
- Support and carry out inspection of personnel/activity including Preliminary, Hidden Damage, In-Progress and Final Inspections/RTS of aircraft equipment processed by the repair station, ensuring proper and adequate recording of the results.
- Ensure any applicable Airworthiness Directives are posted and in use and verify compliance will all other supplements, approvals, requirements. Maintain safe and clean work environment.
- Coordinate inspection requirements with the Line Manager

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:
- High School Qualification with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
- Advanced command of the English Language
- Welder certifications
- Exposure to quality systems
- Experience in ULD/GalIey Cart repair or similar equipment
- General knowledge of aviation regulations.
- Expertise in using hand tools
- Ability to read technical publications and drawings
- Familiarity with systems within a production environment
