We are seeking an experienced Structural Installations Mechanic to perform structural modifications and installations on CH-47 Chinook helicopters. This role requires expertise in aviation sheet metal work, including drilling, riveting, and assembling structural components while following engineering specifications and technical data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural installations and modifications on CH-47 Chinook airframes.
• Install structural components, including skins, stringers, bulkheads, longerons, and doublers.
• Drill, countersink, ream, and fasten using solid rivets, Hi-Loks, and other aerospace fasteners.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical manuals to ensure proper installation procedures.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with FAA, military, and company specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify proper fit and alignment of installed components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while documenting all work completed.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.

• Minimum of three years of aviation sheet metal experience, specifically in aircraft structural installations.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Experience with drilling, riveting, countersinking, and precision measuring tools.
• Prior experience working on CH-47 helicopters preferred but not required.
• A&P License, Military MOS experience, or FAA Airframe Certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in confined spaces.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, first shift (5x8 schedule).
