Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors to oversee and manage H-1 aircraft maintenance operations at MCAS Camp Pendleton. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract requirements, maintaining operational efficiency, and providing leadership to assigned personnel. This role requires direct on-site management, coordination with government representatives, and oversight of day-to-day aircraft maintenance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site supervision and leadership for aircraft maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with all task order requirements, contract clauses, and program objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for government representatives, including the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
- Support personnel with technical expertise, troubleshooting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all logistical, safety, and operational procedures are followed.
- Provide reports and updates on site performance, staffing, and compliance as required.
