Position Responsibility
*The Aircraft Structures Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and modifying aircraft structural components to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with aviation standards. This position involves working with advanced materials, tools, and techniques in a dynamic environment. It is essential in supporting the operational readiness and safety of the aircraft. Candidates must demonstrate technical expertise, precision, and a strong work ethic. Basic Qualification (Required Skills/Experience)
*High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
*A minimum of 3 years of recent Structures experience on Corporate aircraft; Example: Bombardier, Citation, Falcon, Gulfstream, Hawker, King Air, and Sabreliner
*Must have own tools
*Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, diagrams, and work orders
*Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly
*A&P Certification or A Certification preferred Job Duties
*Maintain, Repair, and Modify corporate aircraft structures and structural components
*Perform standard sheet metal work; Repair, Fabrication, and Installation of aircraft parts
*Work with close tolerance dimensions and various types of fasteners using common hand tools, special instruments, and hydraulic/pneumatic tools
*Perform and Document work per appropriate manuals and regulations
*Understands and follows all safety procedures and utilizes support equipment in a safe manner
*Continually keeps clean and organized work area including personal toolbox
*Works overtime as required
*Performs other duties as directed
