Job Title: Structures Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Structures Mechanic to work on CRJ 700s and Embraer 145s. The role involves heavy maintenance (C and D checks) and interior modifications on CRJ 700 aircraft to reduce seating capacity from 70 to 50 seats by expanding first and business class sections. Additionally, you will perform MRO on CRJ 900s.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy maintenance (C and D checks) on CRJ 700 aircraft.
- Execute interior modifications to adjust seating configurations.
- Conduct maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) on CRJ 900s.
- Utilize sheet metal skills for structural repairs and modifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings on tablets.
- Ensure all work complies with Part 121 regulations.
Essential Skills- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Structures Mechanic, preferably in MRO.
- Experience with CRJ 700 and Embraer 145 aircraft.
- Proficiency in sheet metal work and heavy maintenance (C and D checks).
- Possession of at least an Airframe license.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Own set of tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with Part 121 operations.
- MRO experience is preferred, but candidates with assembly experience at companies like LMI or Spirit Aerosystems may be considered.
- Ability to work with electronic tablets for accessing blueprints and documentation.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled hangar or perform line maintenance as needed. Be prepared to work any day or shift, with voluntary and unlimited overtime available, ensuring safety and quality. The schedule options include 4x10s or 3x12s. All blueprints and drawings are accessed via tablets, so mechanics are expected to read prints and operate tablets efficiently.
