Job Title: Structures TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Structures Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will adhere to general work requirements, comply with environmental health and safety policies, and participate in 5-S activities. The technician will troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft, remove and install aircraft components, and fabricate or modify structural modifications on aircraft parts. The role includes performing minor structural repairs on composite components, assisting in hidden damage inspections, and conducting complex structural repairs either on or off the aircraft. The technician will also document work performed, operate ground support equipment, assist with aircraft component repair, and perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior corporate aircraft experience.

Work Environment
The work environment is a FAR-145 Repair Station and corporate service center. You will be working with various aircraft models such as Cessna 500 Series, Cessna 600 Series, HS125 Series, Bombardier 300 series, Bombardier 604’s, Gulfstreams III’s, IV’s, V’s, and Dassault Falcon. The role involves hands-on work with aircraft components, adherence to safety standards, and the use of various tools and equipment.
