Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée  Apprenti(e) en Lean Management et Amélioration Continue - Organisation Industrielle (f/h  vient de s’ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac Wings-Campus.

Vous rejoindrez le département &34; AOS Definition & Assessment &34; dont les activités comprennent le développement du système d&39;excellence opérationnelle d&39;Airbus.

Cet apprentissage consistera à soutenir l&39;évolution du système d’excellence opérationnelle d’Airbus, l&39;AOS (Airbus Operating System) et l&39;organisation des évaluations industrielles.

Cet apprentissage pourra commencer en septembre 2024 et sera d’une durée de 2 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Vous travaillerez sous la supervision de votre responsable qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

• Contribution à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des prochaines étapes de Lean/AOS chez Airbus dans le cadre du projet &34;AOS evolution&34; sous la direction de l&39;équipe  AOS Definition and Assessment .

• Maintien des standards dans le système (mise à jour de la documentation, amélioration de l&39;organisation....)

• Soutien à la digitalisation des standards de l&39;AOS.

• Soutenir l&39;organisation et l&39;exécution des évaluations industrielles.

• Soutien aux experts de l&39;AOS dans les projets et activités en cours.

Compétences & prérequises :

Vous allez intégrer une formation d’un niveau Bac&43;5 dans le domaine de l&39;Ingénierie généraliste, de l&39;ingénierie aéronautique, du génie industriel ou tout autre domaine connexe avec une spécialisation en Organisation Industrielle pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Volonté de travailler dans le domaine de la fabrication et des processus industriels

• Vif intérêt pour l&39;aéronautique

• Connaissances ou intérêt pour le Lean Manufacturing et l&39;amélioration continue

• Des connaissances en gestion de projet seraient un plus

• Rigueur, curiosité et autonomie

• Compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, et capacité à s’intégrer dans une équipe et flexibilité

• Sens de l&39;organisation et capacité d’analyse et de synthèse

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : niveau avancé

• Français : niveau intermédiaire

En fonction des spécificités de l&39;offre, vous pouvez être amené(e) à vous déplacer sur d&39;autres sites.

An apprenticeship offer entitle “Apprentice in lean management and continuous improvement (f/m)&34; has just opened within Airbus on its Toulouse Blagnac site.

You will be joining the department AOS Definition & Assessment which activities include the development of the Operational Excellence System of Airbus.

The objective of the mission is to support AOS (Airbus Operating System) evolution and organization of Industrial Assessments.

The apprenticeship can start in September 2024 and will last 2 years.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

• Contribution to definition and implementation of next steps of Lean/AOS in Airbus working inside to the project &34;AOS evolution&34; under the lead of AOS Definition and Assessment team.

• Maintenance of standards in the system (documentation updates, improve organisation....).

• Support to project to integrate AOS in Airbus Business Management System on organisation, improvement and adaptation of documentation.

• Support digitalisation of AOS standads.

• Support Industrial Assessments organisation and execution.

• Support AOS experts in ongoing projects and activities.

Skills and Prerequisites:

You will integrate a training Bac&43; 5 level in Engineering or equivalent, with specialization in Industrial Organization for an apprenticeship of 2 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Willingness to work in manufacturing and industrial processes

• Interest in Aeronautics

• Some knowledge/interest of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement

• Knowledge of project management would be a plus

• Rigorous, curious and autonomous

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to integrate into team and be a flexible team player

• Organizational skills and an ability to analyze and synthesize information

Language skills :

• English: advanced level

• French: intermediate level

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
