Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée  Apprenti(e) en Management Projet Achats (h/f)  vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Airbus SAS sur son site de Blagnac. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe au sein du département   PMR   en charge de des Achats de Matières et Aerostructure pour le Support Après-vente.

Cet apprentissage consistera à apporter des solutions dans un contexte difficile pour la supply chain, à préparer l’avenir à travers la numérisation et comprendra également la gestion de sujets opérationnels.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2023 pour une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 an (s).

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Gestion de projets d’amélioration ou de développement

• Développement de solutions digitales pour établir et surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance 

• Apport de solutions dans un contexte difficile pour la supply chain

• Gestion de sujets opérationnels tels que la demande de devis, la négociation, la gestion des contrats, en conformité avec les processus d’achat et les stratégies d’achats PMR.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation d’un niveau BAC 4/&43;5 dans le domaine des  Affaires internationales / Achats / Ingénieur ou équivalent pour un apprentissage de 1, 2 ou 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Connaissance de la gestion de projet et des achats

• Un vif intérêt et une grande agilité dans la numérisation et l’analyse de données

• Une maîtrise d’outils tels que Gsuite

•  Doté (e) d’un sens relationnel et bonne capacité de communication

• Etat d’esprit d’amélioration continue

• Esprit d&39;équipe et capacité à travailler avec des personnes de différentes fonctions et pays

• Rigoureux (se) et autonome

Compétences linguistiques :

• Niveau d&39;anglais de négociation requis.

• Le français ou l&39;allemand sont un plus

Vous pourrez être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. 

Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

This apprenticeship will consist in providing solutions in a difficult context for the supply chain, prepare the future through digitalisation and will include management of operational subjects

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2023 and will last 1,  2  or 3 year(s).

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Management of improvement or development projects

• Development of digital solutions to establish and monitor key performance indicators

• Providing solutions in a difficult context for the supply chain

• Management of operational subjects such as request for quotation, negotiation, contract management, in accordance with purchasing processes and PMR procurement  strategies.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC&43;4 / 5  level training in the field of International Affairs / Purchasing / Engineering or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1, 2 or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Project management and purchasing

• An interest and great agility in digitizing and analyzing data

• Mastery of tools such as Gsuite

• Rigorous and autonomous

• Endowed with interpersonal skills and good communication skills

• Continuous improvement mindset

• Team player and ability to work with people from different functions and countries

Language Skills:

• Level of negotiation English required.

• French or German are a plus

Our selection process

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter. 

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
