We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to come onboard in our Marketing team & Commercial team in Damien&39;s team , a team of 4 passionate collaborators!

Your Mission

Job Summary :

Ensure the optimal perception of ATR Aircraft for customers & prospects as a necessary and decisive step for sales campaign success.

Provide a positive marketing impact to achieve the company commercial objectives.

Drive the ATR products technical specification and commercial options policy according to the latest development and specific sales campaigns requirements.

Assist and support contractual teams through customized technical definition, performance guarantee and detailed Maintenance Costs studies during sales campaigns, considering key campaign rationales and ATR product policy.

​Understand and influence the market by identifying future product improvements driving ATR Product Evolution strategy.

Understand the main characteristics of the company&39;s in-service and future products and the competition and provide high quality materials and marketing rationales to support sales campaign.

Strengthen the power of messages directed to customers in close conjunction with Airline Marketing and Market Strategy groups. 

Responsibilities

Understand and influence the market (50)

  • Build value proposition and demonstrate through ad-hoc analysis, presentations and brochures.
  • Update regularly internal tools on competitive landscape and ATR aircraft positioning.
  • Update regularly internal tools on Direct Maintenance Cost analysis, in close coordination with Program & Engineering.
  • Participate to specific events and conferences in order to influence the market through promotion of ATR products and future projects, in front of various stakeholders (appraisers, lessors, airlines, financers).
  • Support communication team on a regular basis to ensure consistency and regular update on internal and external messages regarding ATR products.

Product evolution (30)

  • Seek proactively new market trends including – but not limited to- aircraft systems, avionics, and operational capabilities.
  • Be the voice of customers to ensure ATR product evolution strategy is in line with market expectation.
  • Ensure regular update from sales campaigns regarding product capability to various internal stakeholders to ensure continuous product improvement strategy is in line with regional market trend & expectation.

Sales & Contract support (20)

  • Deliver customized technical specification to support contract teams during sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Contract and Airline Marketing team to understand campaign rationale and define value proposition through customized technical specification and detailed maintenance costs analysis.
  • Be a key stakeholder in building up and demonstrate added value of key commercial options to customers.
  • Ensure internal feasibility of specific technical requests in close collaboration with Program & Engineering.

About you

Profile

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with one experience focused on technical/product marketing within an OEM.

A solid technical and commercial understanding of regional aircraft industry & market will be required.

Technical skills:

  • Product knowledge: Aircraft systems, engines, cabin, performance, flight operation.
  • Understanding of airline cost structure with a focus on Maintenance Costs.
  • Marketing and communication: analytic studies, messages, presentations.
  • Understanding of aviation market key players, stakeholders, trends and drivers, and competitive landscape.
  • Good knowledge in customization, configuration management & product evolution process.

Language skills:

  • A high standard of fluently spoken and written English compulsory; additional ability to communicate in French and/or other languages is desirable. 

Soft skills: 

  • Excellent presentation style and skills: experience in making presentations to a large audience and ability to communicate with different sources and users of information. 
  • Internal communication: ability to deal with various internal stakeholders, understanding different constraints and represent commercial stand-point in a rationale way.
  • Analytics: Strong analytical skills and ability to elaborate conclusions drawn from technical or numerical analyses into persuasive marketing arguments. 
  • Customers: ability to work in order to satisfy internal and / or external clients, managing time and quality expectations. 
  • Adaptability: capacity to adapt to new topics (technical, commercial, communication, service, tools).
