ATR Ref -Configuration Management M/F

Job Description:

Missions:

Main activities are to ensure Configuration Management (CM) process for new modifications. It first includes to follow technical development and then compile industrial, costing and planning analysis to consolidate decisions during Change Board.

Configuration management also validate and guaranty product structure in IT tools. For this, configuration manager must:

-Ensure feasibility studies compilations (analysis of customer/FAL request regarding aircraft modification after definition freeze)

-Allocation management to IT tools for new aircraft in production plan and allocated aircraft to customer (and associated activities)

-Equipment design and validation

Furthermore, additional activities are requested regarding quality, environment, and DOA:

• Quality management system
  • Overall team performance follows up
  • KPIs management
  • Documentation update, creation, and configuration focal point
  • Audits preparation and presentation-
• ATR DO/PO audits CM preparation

Profile:

• Engineer - bac &43; 5 or equivalent
• Experience: 5 years minimum

Skills CM:

• Good understanding of product structure
• Good understanding of Change Process
• Global technical aircraft knowledge-Global engineering and industrial of aircraft knowledge

Soft skills:

• Curious and critical
• Abilities to treat multiple projects in parallel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Be comfortable to present in front of auditors and/or deciders

Tools:

• IBM: BDRM, ECDB, GILDA,
• ATR: RAMCS, MOTRIS,
• MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
