MISSION

Within the “Programs” directorate, the “Performance Improvement” department is responsible for driving the performance of the ATR Company and its continuous improvement.

The jobholder will be steering the overall company performance towards ATR Objectives.

This position will give you the opportunity to interact with multiple stakeholders across the entire organization and have an overview of a wide scope of activities.

This position is reporting to “ATR Ho Performance Improvement”.

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

Based on ATR ambitions and strategy, the Company Performance Manager will be responsible for driving the performance in line with the Top Company Objectives, setting-up a proper Company Performance management system as well as to drive a continuous change management culture across the Company. In this context, the jobholder will be responsible for:

  • Building-up the company performance plan matching ATR vision, strategy and objectives
  • Ensuring an adequate and consistent cascading of Top Company Objectives into Top Functional Objectives across ATR directorates
  • Building-up a Company Performance Cockpit aligned and synchronized with ATR Top Company Objectives
  • Managing the overall Company Performance management system
  • Steering the business performance focal points community across functions
  • Leading the Company Performance Reviews with ATR Executive Committee
  • Prioritizing performance improvement initiatives based on their impact on Company’s performance and proposing “value driven” roadmaps, in particular aiming at securing the P&L targets
  • Managing the integrated performance improvement action plan to steer the overall Company Performance towards achievement of our Top Company Objectives
  • Drumbeating improvements actions where required to get back on the performance trajectory

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • You hold a 5-years Business school degree
  • Minimum ~ 10 years of professional experience in Business Performance/Corporate audit functions/Finance
  • Background in Performance/continuous improvement organizations is a prerequisite
  • Competencies in project management
  • Competencies in continuous improvement
  • Ability to efficiently interact with diverse stakeholders including top management.
  • Ability to challenge status quo in situation of divergent opinions/interests
  • Tenacity, dynamism and determination for the success of initiatives & projects.
  • Strong capacity for coordination, adaptability, reliability.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytic capacity to understand many subjects, organize and structure the material
  • Innovative spirit
  • Challenger mindset keen on performance improvement
  • Autonomy and initiative on problem solving.
  • Skills on Power BI tool would be an asset
  • Fluency in English required (negotiation), knowledge of French and / or Italian would be an asset.
