Description:This role will support assist in the oversight of TacIRST program execution at Santa Barbara Focalplane. This role is a part time role with >50 travel required to coordinate efforts with the onsite program management team at Santa Barbara Focalplane. This role will also be responsible for coordinating supply chain recovery plans for production and development programs.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with CAM and/or CAM Certified
-Familiarity with capture & proposal process, and Earned Value Management (EVMS) tracking and reporting to executive leadership.
-Ability to work in classified program areas when required.
Desired Skills:
-Experience with Electro Optical/Infrared programs
-Strong Technical Background of Electro Optical/Infrared sensors
-20 Years of Experience in Threat Warning IR programs
-Experience managing classified programs
-Experience managing multi-year strategic investments and reporting status to senior leadership.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
