As an Account and Program Management Intern, you will use your strong organizational skills and business acumen to support StandardAero’s top-notch service to our customers. This will involve supporting Customer Account Leaders and Program Managers in complying to customer requirements, and in project management of their engine MRO events within the facility.
Report to Director, Customer Programs
Functions/Job Duties:
- Researching technical or commercial documents for relevant data to ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded
- Creating customer or program related presentations or files, which may include, but not limited to: Marketing or promotional materials, presentations, reports, etc.
- Working with operations, engineering, finance and supply chain in developing processes and analysis to improve cross-functional communication and handoffs
- Working with other functional groups to follow up on customer actions
- Performing user acceptance testing and validation of new features or modifications to software used to support customers (CRM, ERP, etc.)
