The Sr Product Management Specialist II will play a key role in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps in the Aerospace and Defense vertical which resides in the Industrial Manufacturing and Transportation Line of Business. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, conduct market research, and define product requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product or program management with excellent analytical and communication skills. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends. 
  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market insights. 
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch support.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption. 

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in product management, program management, or a similar role 
  • Minimum 2 years of P&L ownership 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Aerospace & Defense 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. 

Educational Qualification: 

  •  Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
