Job Title: Avionics Manager
Job DescriptionOur Client is currently hiring for an Avionics Manager for their Part 145 repair station. Our Client has contracted maintenance agreements with their client base and also performs avionic upgrades and repairs. The biggest need is for a highly skilled Avionics Manager with extensive experience in working with customers, bidding and quoting jobs, and managing Garmin, Honeywell, and Collins avionic packages. The Avionics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of avionics systems in aircraft, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of avionics systems in aircraft.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Manage and lead a team of 3 technicians.
- Work with customers to bid and quote jobs.
- Handle project management and troubleshooting issues.
- Manage Garmin, Honeywell, and Collins avionic packages.
Essential Skills- Extensive experience in avionics installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Garmin, Honeywell, and Collins avionic packages.
- Strong management experience.
- Customer-facing experience, including job quoting and project management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with typical airframes such as Leer, Citation, Falcon, Embraer, and Challenger.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $57.69/hr.
