MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Four years in Aviation Management or related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training or experience required.
· Valid driver’s license required.
· A&P License required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5 years of experience of aircraft avionics experience.
· Bilingual in Spanish.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This role requires working within aircraft avionics maintenance hangars, ramp and offices. Employees may be exposed to high noise levels, temperature variations, and materials listed on Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Safety equipment is required to mitigate these conditions.

- o Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- o Occasional bending, climbing, stooping, and squatting.
- o Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- o Corrected vision and hearing to normal range are necessary for performing tasks safely.
- · Work Areas: Aircraft maintenance hangars, production booths, and flight-line environments.
- · Protective Equipment: Ear protection is required due to high noise levels.
- · Potential Hazards: Exposure to high-intensity noise, extreme temperature changes, materials identified on Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and working around moving machinery.
WORK LOCATION:
This position may require working at both the Marana, AZ, and Tucson, AZ locations, as business needs dictate.
SMS REQUIREMENTS:
Supervisors with the overall responsibility for, safety, quality and employee performance of their operation is the person who ensures Ascent Aviation’s policies and procedures are complied with and ensures Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances and rules are equally enforced and adhered to.
The Supervisors will be responsible to ensure that all required routine performance audits are complied with and are conducted and reported within the specified timeframe. The Managers/Supervisors/Leads shall ensure all corrective action is complied with and maintained in accordance with the agreed plan.
