The role:

Reporting into the Head of Reward & Recognition, this role will lead our Global Benefits, 
Recognition & Wellbeing strategy, accountable for creating a bespoke offering across over 
60+ counties. Leading the review of all employee benefits to continuously improve all cash 
and non-cash reward/recognition initiatives to address market conditions and align with the 
company direction. This would be an ideal role for a rewards analyst looking for progression into a management position.

What you’ll do:

DUTIES

  • Championing all aspects of employee wellbeing, delivery of the Wellbeing Strategy 
    and tactical initiatives.
  • Working with HR and the Internal Communication teams to create and develop 
    inspiring content that helps to embed our approach to Wellbeing.
  • Establish external networks and relationships e.g. suppliers, competitors professional 
    networks and work collaboratively with key stakeholders, ensuring that IAG Cargo’s 
    Wellbeing, Recognition & Benefit programmes are delivered.
  • Lead the annual flex window process; communication of rate renewals, System Design 
    (FAQs), User Acceptance Testing through to reporting and reconciliation on payroll 
    transactions.
  • Supported by our Pension providers, ensure governance, compliance, and 
    engagement across all pension plans
  • Co-ordinate budget requirements and invoices processing.
  • Leading the review of all employee benefits to continuously improve IAG Cargo’s cash 
    and non-cash reward initiatives to address market conditions and align with the 
    company direction.
  • Lead the Recognition framework to drives colleague engagement.
  • Lead other benefits projects and compensation activities as required.

 

What you’ll bring to IAG Cargo:

  • Ability to communicate confidently across a range of stakeholders with the ability to 
    enable an understanding of Wellbeing and Benefits 
  • Strong numeracy, process, and analytical skills, with natural accuracy and eye for 
    detail
  • Organisational skills; managing multiple competing priorities
  • Commercial acumen
  • Strategic and forward thinking

 

Your experience:

  • Previous experience within a Reward / Benefits focused type of role
  • Experience of engaging with and managing external suppliers
