Job Description
As a Business InformationManager for Infrastructure Services and Operational Planning you are responsible for financially managing IT Projects and Services Portfolio in an international environment involving main European countries (Germany, Spain, France and UK).
You will manage relationship with our IT community representatives and will act as focal point in front of governance and controlling ensuring the right alignment and adherence to our Digital IM processes. You will lead all new and on-going initiatives (processes, methods and tools) to ensure the IT Operational Plan is delivered according to company guidelines and deliver on time, on cost, on quality.
Tasks & accountabilities
•Contribute to the IT operational plan preparation ensuring alignment with business and UNIT strategic plan.
•Build IT Capacity planning
•Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible solutions compliant with the Digital strategy and savings based on optimization.
•Responsible for managing processes and tools within the financial IT perimeter to ensure full compliance with company directives
•Anticipate changes to the Information System and the business impact and vice versa •Formalize, consolidate and drive the development of our internal financial tools.
•Evaluate the relevance of the Information systems to the business domain
•Build requirements, specifications, business processes and the business case related to the proposed solutions
•Build a knowledge base through understanding the organization’s information system
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
•Bachelor degree paired with financial(cost controlling) experience. Master degree is valued.
•3-5 years of relevant experience.
•Knowledge in Project Management and AGILE methodology
•Good financial knowledge is required: knowledge of Capacity planning, services cost structure, budget planning and execution, Airbus Defence and Space financial structure and processes.
•Strong technical background is required to ensure the right management of financial processes in front of technical community.
•Communication skills are important as most of the activities imply a good relationship with technical domains and other areas within IM organization mainly Governance and Controlling.
•Management profile is also required to ensure right coordination and adherence of technical community to Digital IM processes.
•Experience in Sub-Contractor Management, Contract Management is valued.
•Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish. French and German skills are valued
